We greatly value your doing business with SinoDB.com and apologize for any inconvenience you might have experienced.  If you are unfamiliar with our purchasing system, please consult the guidelines below before directly contacting customer service.

Making a Purchase


If you are interested in a book, simply click on its cover in the online shop. If you think that you would like to purchase the selected title click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. At this point you may either continue shopping for other titles or proceed to the checkout.

If you have placed an item in your basket by accident, please click the button labeled ‘Basket’, and chose the book you want to delete, and then click  "Update" button.

Once you are ready to complete your order, just click on the button next to your shopping cart labeled ‘Checkout’. Then you can confirm the Payment Address and Delivery Address, Payment Methods, Delivery Method, and any additional comments. Finally, click "Continue" to pay.

All of our orders are processed and protected by Asia’s leading payment gateway, AsiaPay

Shipping

All of our items are shipped out within 48-72 hours of receiving an order.

Returns

We advise all clients to thoroughly review their purchases beforehand, because we cannot return or exchange any online purchase for any reason except a defective print.  If you believe that you have received a faulty copy of a book from us, please send and e-mail to orders@sinomedia.net detailing the nature of your problem.
